Terms of Use
By accessing or using Dorica, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you disagree with any part, we recommend not using the platform.
1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using any Dorica feature, you declare that you have read, understood, and fully agree to these Terms of Use.
2. About the service
Dorica provides digital tools for technical assessments, musical training, and progress tracking. The service does not replace professional medical, physiotherapy, or educational guidance.
3. Subscription, billing, and cancellation
Pro subscription payments are processed by third-party payment providers, including Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize recurring charges according to the selected billing cycle (monthly or yearly) until the subscription is canceled. You may cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation, you will not be charged in the next billing cycle, and Pro features remain available until the end of the period already paid. Unless required by applicable law, we do not provide full or partial refunds for charges already processed.
4. User responsibility
You are fully responsible for how you use the platform, including training intensity, frequency, and duration. Dorica is not responsible for injuries, physical discomfort, or issues resulting from improper use.
5. Intellectual property
All platform content — including methods, texts, exercises, videos, graphics, and algorithms — is the exclusive property of Dorica. Reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use without explicit authorization is prohibited.
6. Cancellation and termination
You may cancel your account at any time. Dorica reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the platform. Access to Pro techniques depends on an active subscription. The techniques and features catalog may be updated, modified, discontinued, or temporarily unavailable for technical, operational, commercial, or security reasons.
7. Limitation of liability
Dorica is provided "as is", without guarantees of specific results. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses resulting from platform use.
8. Applicable law
These Terms are governed by Brazilian law. For users outside Brazil, local laws may also apply where required.
